I cannot hear the audio question. What should I do?

Make sure that that you are using the latest version of your web browser. We recommend using Chrome, Firefox, Edge or Safari to take the test. If you are experiencing issues with one of these browsers, please switch to a different one and try again. It is alright to miss one of the questions due to technical problems. However, if you are experiencing ongoing audio playback issues, please contact us using the button below.

I am not able to attend the video call, is it possible to reschedule?

Yes, it’s possible to reschedule the video call. Simply log in at app.ilpt.net, press “SHOW CALL DETAILS” and select “Reschedule”. You can also reschedule from the booking confirmation email.

Why can I not record a video?

I have accidentally skipped/missed a question. Do I need to retake the test?

It is alright if you by accident skip a question. You will be assessed based on your answers from the other questions. If you skip too many questions, you may be asked to retake parts of the test.
